Finding common ground: walking the line between First Nations, Industry and Government

I am often asked how Four Directions finds balance between the interests of First Nations and Industry. On the surface, it may seem that these world views are incompatible and bound to confrontational interactions. When we look deeper and change perspectives, Four Directions sees opportunities and areas of common concern that can be the first stepping stones to respectful, meaningful discussion.

Recently, Royal Roads University interviewed me on finding this balance. As an alumnus of Royal Roads, it was a pleasure to be able to share how my learning in leadership and facilitation has laid the foundation for Four Directions’ successes in our work with First Nations,  Industry and Government. I invite you to read the story here.
